My Role
Working as informal Chief of Staff, Iām responsible for ensuring strategic priorities align with real data insights, that the roadmap evolves with priorities and resourcing constraints, and that the teams and initiatives are governed for success.
Objectives
Maintain a realistic but aggressive strategic roadmap plan to expand digital sales penetration.
Establish governance processes to monitor and communicate critical path initiatives.
Resolve issues as they arise in key areas.
Challenges
Creating a compelling multi-year strategy supported by data
Communicating multi-million dollar investment opportunities to the board of directors and outside investors
