My Role

I was accountable for current state analysis, long-range strategy, and a go-to-market and development roadmap plan.

 

Objectives

  1. Address niche, industry-specific needs that are not fully supported by existing enterprise solutions.

  2. Expand into related offerings requiring less up-front investment than current RFID solutions.

  3. Develop a scalable suite of modules that provides additional value upon incremental adoption.

 

Challenges

  1. Scaling existing solutions for global use cases and a growing customer base

  2. Identifying complementary, high-value modules that could upsell into core RFID capabilities

  3. Drafting phased go-to-market and development plans for incremental growth

 

Scope

  • Digital product catalog, digital assets, product search and navigation, recommendations, bill of materials and documentation

  • Inventory availability, inventory location, inventory request

  • Order search, order fulfillment, order status and location, order pickup

  • Client profile view, appointment and store visit management, merchandise preferences, client notes
